A Unique and Intimate Preparation
One of the standout aspects of Sharney & Beau’s wedding was their decision to get ready together. This choice allowed me to capture unique and intimate moments that many couples miss out on by following the traditional route of preparing separately. The love and connection between Sharney & Beau were palpable as they helped each other get ready, creating beautiful and candid moments that set the tone for the day.
The weather was perfect, with the sun shining and blue skies providing a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. The intimate gathering included just the celebrant, myself, the couple’s children, and two close friends who served as witnesses to their union. This small and personal setup allowed for a deeply emotional and meaningful ceremony, where every word and glance was filled with love and significance.
A Heartfelt Ceremony and Family Moments
The ceremony took place in a charming corner of the garden at the Airbnb property. Surrounded by nature, Sharney & Beau exchanged their vows in a heartfelt and touching ceremony. The presence of their children added an extra layer of warmth and intimacy to the event. After the ceremony, the couple took some time to share special moments with their kids, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Exploring the Property for Stunning Photos
Following the ceremony, we set out to explore the property for photo opportunities. The Gold Coast Hinterland offered a perfect mix of picturesque scenery and historic charm. From the expansive gardens to the vintage lounges inside the property, there was no shortage of stunning locations for an elopement wedding photographer.
We captured a variety of shots, from sunny, joyful walking shots in the beautiful garden to moody, Vogue-style centrefolds. The diversity of the property allowed us to take full advantage of the different backdrops and settings, creating a rich and varied collection of images. Each photo showcased the love and connection between Sharney & Beau, as well as the beauty of the surroundings.
